The Zathena Gallery is run by Zathena Ventures, Fort Worth, Texas. This page describes what this site knows about you. It is short because the answer is short.

What we collect

An email address, if you sign in. Signing in is by emailed link only; there is no password and we never see one. Your account is the shared Zathena account, one identity across the Zathena Ventures sites, stored with our database provider (Supabase).

Your avatar choices, once character customization ships. Cosmetic only, tied to your account, editable and erasable by you.

What we do not collect

No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no sale or sharing of personal data. Server logs at our hosting provider record requests the way web servers do.

Removal

Ask and your account and its data are deleted. Write to support@zathenaventures.xyz from the address on the account.
